WELCOME TO REPEC
The Real Estate Private Equity Club at the University of Wisconsin-Madison (REPEC) provides undergraduates a comprehensive real estate platform to explore the industry further. REPEC was founded on the belief in the University of Wisconsin-Madison students' potential and was established to create opportunities for Badgers pursuing careers in real estate investments.
CASE COMPETITION
FOUNDING
A partnership with Harrison Street and Capital One – a global investment firm managing ~$55 billion in alternative real assets and a top 10 U.S. bank with over $440 billion in assets, respectively – established an annual internal real estate private equity case competition
The concept for REPEC was developed by a UW alumnus and former real estate investment professional at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, aiming to extend real estate education beyond the classroom. Ryan Sheena, a UW alumnus and investment professional at Rialto Capital Management, created the infrastructure and served as its President, establishing the undergraduate organization.
