HARRISON STREET
​Harrison Street currently has 35 employees who are University of Wisconsin alumni or current students. Since the company's inception, more than 60 University of Wisconsin alumni have worked at the firm. Hosted both the Real Estate Club and Women In Real Estate (WIRE) to visit their office in Chicago. Chris Merrill, Co-Founder, Chair, and CEO of Harrison Street, received the Graaskamp Visionary Award at the Wisconsin School of Business.​
THE CASE COMPETITION
​​​​​​​The annual Harrison Street/Capital One REPEC Case Competition, led by REPEC's Mark Eppli and Ryan Sheena, featured 65 students from UW-Madison's top-ranked real estate program. Fifteen teams evaluated a Madison student housing asset, creating a business plan and 5-year valuation. Participants pitched to judges from Harrison Street, Capital One, and the Wisconsin Graaskamp Center, gaining valuable industry exposure and real-world experience.​
